Six Weeks To Live

Most of our agents go from kickoff to production in about six weeks. Some take longer. None are off the shelf.
Here is what fits in that window.
Week 1-2: Discover
We sit with the team doing the work. We do not interview them. We watch them. The agent's specification falls out of the watching, not the meeting.
Week 3-4: Design and integrate
We write the prompts, the tools, the integrations, the handoffs to a human. We connect to the EHR, the practice management system, the comms stack, the chart of record. Compliance is in the architecture, not bolted on at the end.
Week 5: Shadow
The agent runs in parallel with the human, producing outputs that nobody acts on. We compare. We tune. We do not launch the first version we ship.
Week 6: Production
Limited cohort first. Full rollout once the metrics hold for a week.
After week 6
We monitor. We tune. We stay on the line. The agents that get worse over time are the ones with no engineer behind them. Ours have engineers behind them.
