EHR-Connected Onboarding Portal.
Patient onboarding that writes back into the EHR natively, not into a separate database.
Context
Where they were coming from.
A digital health company was onboarding patients through Typeform, then having a clinical assistant re-enter the data into the EHR by hand. The double entry took 12 minutes per patient and introduced errors weekly.
The Typeform was not the problem. The reconciliation was.
What We Built
The agent, specified.
A custom onboarding portal that takes the patient through the same flow, branded correctly, and writes the answers directly into the EHR's API as the patient moves through it. No reconciliation. No re-entry.
- HIPAA-aligned hosting
- EHR FHIR/REST integration with retry-and-queue
- Conditional logic for clinical pathways
- Patient-facing PDF summary on submit
- Admin dashboard for incomplete submissions
