Supplement Sorting App.
A focused internal tool that cut sort time per patient from 18 minutes to under 4.
Context
Where they were coming from.
An integrative medicine practice was hand-sorting supplements into weekly regimens for individual patients. The work was happening in a spreadsheet, then transcribed onto physical bags by hand.
The cost was not the supplements. It was the eight hours a week the team spent doing the sort.
What We Built
The agent, specified.
A focused internal app that takes the patient's regimen, generates a pick list per day, prints labels, and produces a verification checklist for a second pair of eyes. Not an AI agent, just well-built software, which is sometimes the right answer.
- Custom React app on a Postgres backend
- Label printer integration (Dymo)
- Two-person verification flow
- Patient regimen versioning
- Export to chart-of-record
